Cheryl Hutchinson of Bingle Bears (New York, United States).

Cheryl has been a bear artist who has been well received within her contemporary community of peers and has made a lasting mark with her enigmatic and instantly recognisable Bingle Bears which are never out of demand. Cheryl is a woman of fine repute providing utmost care and attention to both her family and her bears. As a part-time artist and home-schooling mother, Cheryl has promoted perfection and ensured scarcity of her work making her bears desirable additions to any collection. Cheryl grew up having a mother who is of the utmost significance to her artistic talents. Cheryl was blessed from an early age with heavy influences in painting and was given every opportunity to indulge and immerse herself in the arts throughout her youth. 

It was however, the art of teddy bear making that captured the attention of this arts enthusiast and Cheryl took to the art of bear making with the full force of focus and unbridled attention. Cheryl’s bears are a delight to behold, their faces engaging and their soft almond eyes warming. The bears are firm to touch and adopt the seated position. Cheryl’s bears are always dressed pristinely and this adds charm to their classic appearance. It is no surprise that Cheryl has been the recipient of the prestigious international TOBY Industry's Choice Award to help decorate an already stellar career, and more recently Excellence in Bear Artistry Award. We are delighted to be able to include Cheryl as one of our International artists at Silly Bears and are also extremely pleased to have her outstanding work exclusive to Silly Bears within the UK.

Cheryl will be creating an exquisite selection of three bears for our Summer Collection 2013. All three pieces will complement each other to our summer theme ‘A Quintessential English Summer’. The unveiling of the collection will be on Saturday 22nd of June at our Midsummer's Day event, at 2pm.
