Liliya Valeeva, also known as 'Liliya Valeeva & Bears' from Moscow, Russia.

Liliya has been making these stunning bears for only a few years, but already is making a name for herself on the Russian teddy bear scene. Liliya spends many hours on the detail of each bear. She fuels her creative fires by collecting anything that speaks to her with a hidden story or adventure. The addition, of her 'Pirate' creations, add depth to her work, and provides Liliya with a way to combine her love for teddy bear art with vintage ephemera. We are especially pleased to be able to include Liliya as one of our new Russian artists at Silly Bears. A very talented young artist!

Liliya has created a selection of three adorable creations, based on the theme of 'A Traditional Bear', for our 'Winter Collection 2009/10'.
